Delivery route
- □ Request largest rigid-panel and shipping-package dimensions.
- □ Measure doors, stairs, turns and access to the installation area.
- □ Confirm unloading, internal carrying and assembly separately.
Package & supply
- □ Name the heater, controls and required extras in the quotation.
- □ Confirm voltage, phase, connection, plug and every secondary supply.
- □ Review supply and site conditions with the relevant installer.
Budget & order
- □ Record currency, tax basis, date and exact variant.
- □ List delivery, assembly, site preparation and electrical costs.
- □ Keep unknown costs open rather than entering zero.
- □ Confirm return and warranty scope in writing.
